Abstract
A testicular mass was identified in a scrotal ultrasonography performed on an 8-month-old patient who had a right scrotal mass on routine pediatric examination. The patient was then subjected to a high orchiectomy. On histopathological examination, the primary mass was diagnosed as neuroblastoma which was presumed to be a testicular metastasis from an unknown primary focus. Afterwards left adrenal gland mass was detected on computed tomography. In our report we aim to discuss diagnosis and treatment methods of rare metastatic testicular neuroblastoma which is a rarely seen clinical reflection of neuroblastoma.
