Abstract

Urodynamics has become an integral part of pediatric urology practice in a short time after its introduction to the field in the 1990s. The establishment of a new urodynamics un requires detailed preparation despite becoming easier with technology and information becoming more accessible. In this review, the difficulties we have experienced and the lessons we have learned after the establishment of our urodynamics unit in 1994 as well as the change in urodynamics in time is discussed.
