Abstract

Vesicovaginal reflux is a functional voiding disorder seen in the toilet trained girls. Generally, these are not associated with anatomical or neurological disorders. In this report, we present a 7-year-old girl presenting with recurrent urinary tract infection, and diagnosed as vesicovaginal reflux. We aimed to discuss the diagnosis and treatment of this rare entity in the light of the relevant literature.
