Abstract
Testicular tumors in infacy are rarely seen and should be considered in the differential diagnosis of scrotal swellings. Juvenile granulosa cell tumor of testis is a rare tumor of prepubertal children. This tumor is considered as a benign neoplasm that can be cured with orchiectomy. Here we present an infant with juvenile granulosa cell tumor in testis.
