Cystic Nephroma: A rare benign tumor of the Kidney

Abstract
Cystic nephroma is a benign neoplasm of the kidney. In a 8 years old girl with the complaints of swelling which began at 2-3 months of her life and a mass in the abdomen, a mass in the right kidney was diagnosed after a series of examinations and right nephroureterectomy was performed. The pathologic diagnosis was cystic nephroma and no other therapies were performed. In this study we report this rather rare pathological condition.
