Abstract

Perineal injuries are uncommon in children and usually occur as a result of pedestrian accident or motor vehicle collision Management of perineal wound related to anus has been a challenging experience. We here report a case report of a patient with a complex perineal wound related to anus and discuss the utility of vacuum-assisted closure therapy for managing such wounds.
