Abstract

Testicular masses consist about the 1-2 percent of all pediatric tumors. Most of them are benign and nonmetastatic, espicially in small ages. Ultrasonography and biologic markers are extremely useful for the differential diagnosis of testicular tumors MRI is useful for local recurrences and metastatic disease.

Incision should be a high inguinal transverse incision and scrotal incisions should never bu used. For benign tumors and in the existence of a clear dissection plane “testis sparing surgical modalities” should be performed
