Abstract
Bladder diverticulae are herniations of the bladder mucosa through the bladder wall. They can be congenital or acquired secondary to pathologies such as posterior urethral valve. Bladder diverticulum could be excised by open method, however they can managed by endoscopic, laparoscopic and robotic approaches. Although the success rates of endoscopic treatment are lower than those of the laparoscopic and robotic surgeries, even complex or multiple diverticulae can be managed successfully by laparoscopic and robotic approaches.
