Karaciğer tümörleri çocuklarda sık değildir. Benign veya malign, bir karaciğer tümörünün tedavisi her hasta için özel olup, gözlemden karaciğer nakline kadar çok geniş bir spektrumda değişebilmektedir. Az görülen bu tümörlerin tecrübeli merkezlere yönlendirilmesi tedavi başarısını arttıracaktır.
Hepatic tumors are infrequently encountered during childhood. Either benign or malign, the treatment of a hepatic tumor is specific to individual patient, and may vary widely from simple observation to liver transplantation. The referral of patients with those tumors to the experienced centers will improve the success of treatment.
