Abstract

Continent cystostomy operations, apendicovesicostomy, ureterostomy and Monti ileocystostomy procedures, and also augmentation cystoplasty operations with an aim of creating low- pressure reservoir, such as enterocystoplasty and ureterocystoplasty can be performed by laparoscopy in children. All these procedures can be performed totally by laparoscopy ,and also using laparoscopy assisted extracorporeal techniques. Anatomy and depth of the surgical field make laparoscopy as an appropriate option for these operations.
